Much of THB’s line marking removal and hydroblasting work is carried out on roads and car parks. Hydroblasting is perfect for renewing town centre surfaces and it causes minimal disruption to traffic whilst maintaining pedestrian safety.

There are no smells, noxious fumes or smoke that could be detrimental to road users and all waste is stored and discarded in the most environmentally friendly way. The hydroblaster can operate independent of all weather conditions and functions at a high level of cost efficiency.

Hydroblasting can also be used to retexture asphalt surfaces, restoring skid resistance and texture depth to desired levels. Debris and general wear on roadways can lead to a decline in skid resistance and may increase the occurrence of vehicle accidents. Re-texturing with hydroblasting is a cost efficient and environmentally friendly solution that can often be undertaken as an alternative to laying new materials or applying surface dressing. Re-texturing services provided by THB extend the working life of roads, improve drainage, cause no damage to structural integrity, and can be completed in a timely manner.
