Cured-In-Place Pipe

Cured-In-Place Pipe or CIPP lining systems are trenchless technologies used for rehabilitating and repairing underground pipelines. These systems involve the insertion of a resin-impregnated liner or resin-saturated flexible felt into the existing damaged pipe. This can normally be done from existing manhole covers or exterior access points, followed by the curing of the liner to create a new, structurally sound pipe within the old one. CIPP lining is a cost-effective and less disruptive alternative to traditional pipe replacement methods and has little disruption to traffic without the need to dig up roads One of the most common types of CIPP is Ambient Cure lining, ideal for repairing short lengths and requires minimal equipment to complete. However, due to the time constraints of the resin drying ambient cure is not suitable for long pipes.
