UV Lining

Maintaining the integrity of drainage systems is crucial for the functionality and longevity of any infrastructure. One innovative method that has gained popularity in recent years is UV Lining.

This technique offers numerous benefits and advantages when compared to traditional drain repair methods.
UV drain lining is a cutting-edge technique that offers numerous benefits for drain repair and maintenance. Its cost-effectiveness, minimal disruption, durability and environmental friendliness make it an attractive choice for property owners and businesses alike. By employing these techniques, you can extend the life of your drainage system and minimise the hassle of traditional repairs. If you’re facing drain issues, you should consider UV Lining as a modern, cost-effective and efficient solution.

Ambient Cure Lining

Ambient cure lining is a method used in the rehabilitation of underground pipelines, sewer lines, culverts and other conduits. This technology is commonly employed in the field of trenchless pipe repair and rehabilitation. The key characteristic of ambient cure lining is that it doesn’t require high-temperature curing processes, making it more convenient and cost-effective compared to methods that rely on high-temperature steam or hot water curing.

Cured-In-Place Pipe

Cured-In-Place Pipe or CIPP lining systems are trenchless technologies used for rehabilitating and repairing underground pipelines. These systems involve the insertion of a resin-impregnated liner or resin-saturated flexible felt into the existing damaged pipe. This can normally be done from existing manhole covers or exterior access points, followed by the curing of the liner to create a new, structurally sound pipe within the old one. CIPP lining is a cost-effective and less disruptive alternative to traditional pipe replacement methods and has little disruption to traffic without the need to dig up roads One of the most common types of CIPP is Ambient Cure lining, ideal for repairing short lengths and requires minimal equipment to complete. However, due to the time constraints of the resin drying ambient cure is not suitable for long pipes.

Hot Cure Lining

Ambient cure lining is a method used in the rehabilitation of underground pipelines, sewer lines, culverts and other conduits. This technology is commonly employed in the field of trenchless pipe repair and rehabilitation. The key characteristic of ambient cure lining is that it doesn’t require high-temperature curing processes, making it more convenient and cost-effective compared to methods that rely on high-temperature steam or hot water curing.

Temporary Dams

Temporary dams, play a crucial role in managing and controlling water flow within drains and gullies. These temporary structures are often used in construction and maintenance projects to create a dry or controlled work environment, facilitating safe and efficient work in and around drainage systems. Primarily temporary dams help maintain the integrity of the drain relining procedure by preventing the resin from flowing into unaffected sections of the pipe. This ensures that the liner adheres precisely to the intended area, enhancing the overall quality and longevity of the repair. It also significantly minimises the potential for resin contamination in the surrounding environment.
