THB supplier Scarab Sweepers contacted the team complaining that a build-up of paint and dust on their spray booth floors had not only become unsightly but was also causing potential hazards amongst their workers. The THB solution was Hydroblasting.

Objectives

  • Deep clean the Scarab Sweper vehicle spray booth to remove the extensive build-up of paint and dust.
  • The works were to be carried out on Saturday evening when the facility was not in operation.
  • Use of the Raptor unit for easy access in tight areas.

Outcome

Within a couple of hours, the surface had been rejuvenated and brought back to its near original condition. The client and Facilities Manager was impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of work, commenting “I just wanted to say thank you for the great job your guys did on Saturday cleaning and removing the build-up of paint on our booth floors”. Using 40,000 PSI of water pressure, the Hydrobalster made light work of removing the paint and dust in super quick time, bringing the booth back to a clean and new like status.
