Car park resurfacing and lining for Cazoo
Background
THB was employed to carry out remedial works to various CAZOO car park sites across the UK, including: Milbrook, Chertsey, Newport, and Milton Keynes. The scope of works included;
- Removal of Trees and overgrown vegetation.
- Breakout of existing subsided parking areas, Excavate and expose areas for new Sub-base.
- Reinstate Subbase with Geotextile membrane and Type 1.
- Supply and installation of precast concrete kerbing to tie in to the existing area.
- Supply and install new asphalt: AC20, AC10 and SMA10.
- Excavate and install new drainage including ACO drains, Catch pits, and New Gullies.
- Supply and installation of new service ducts and draw pits.
- Removal of existing fencing and Street Furniture.
- Installation of road and parking bay markings.
